Is T1 the right choice for your process?
T1 is designed for processes that need standardised pallet wrapping without manually walking around the load. It operates at a fixed workstation, with an operator preparing the pallet and starting the cycle.
Selection takes into account the 1,800 kg load capacity, wrapping height up to 2,000 mm, load shape and stability, turntable space and pallet handling. The rated capacity of 20 to 40 pallets per hour depends on the wrapping programme and workflow.

A roller system stretches the film before applying it to the pallet. This produces a greater wrapping length from the same initial length of film.
With suitable film and settings, T1 helps reduce unnecessary consumption and control the amount of material used per pallet.

What is Thronepack T1?
Thronepack T1 is a semi-automatic pallet stretch wrapping machine, also known as a pallet wrapper. The pallet rotates on a turntable while the film system wraps the load according to the selected settings.
What are the maximum load capacity and wrapping height?
The T1 turntable supports loads up to 1,800 kg, with a maximum wrapping height of 2,000 mm. The dimensions, shape and stability of the specific load must also be checked before selecting the machine.
What does 220% film pre-stretch mean?
The T1 roller system stretches the film before applying it to the pallet, increasing the effective wrapping length from the same roll. This figure is not a percentage of financial savings. Actual consumption depends on the film, settings, load and required pallet stability.
What is the wrapping capacity of T1?
