What we collect and why
The contact form collects your full name, company name and email address. Phone number and message are optional. We also record the page from which the enquiry was sent and, where applicable, the model for which a quote was requested. We use this information to respond, prepare a quotation and communicate about your request.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, where applicable, or our legitimate interest in business communication and website security. We do not use enquiry data to send advertising without an appropriate legal basis. Technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, may be processed to prevent abuse and maintain the website.
Access and retention
Enquiries are stored in the protected website administration area and forwarded by email. Authorised Thronepack personnel and hosting and email service providers have access only as needed for their work. We do not sell your data.
Enquiries in the website database are scheduled for automatic deletion after 180 days. Business email correspondence and documents arising from an enquiry are retained for as long as needed for communication, contract performance or legal obligations. Deletion from the website database does not simultaneously delete copies in email accounts and backups.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing, in accordance with the law. Send your request to info@thronepack.com. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Serbia.
Cookies and analytics
The website currently does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing tracking cookies. WordPress may use technical cookies for login and administration. If we introduce additional tools, this policy and the relevant settings will be updated to reflect their use.
Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form. Cloudflare processes technical information about the browser, device and network connection, including the IP address, for security verification. We do not send the contents of contact form fields to this service.
